New York City’s Most Expensive Apartment Listed for a Vulgar $250 Million

NYC’s most expensive apartment has been listed for a whopping quarter of a billion dollars. That’s right, folks: $250 million.

Located at 220 Central Park South, the apartment is a quadruplex combining units from the 50th to the 53rd floors for a total of 23,000 square feet—that’s just a tad over 30x the average size of a New York City apartment which is roughly 750 square feet.

This record-breaking listing works out to be selling for $11,000 a square foot.

At $250,000,000, the New York City real estate industry is officially bat-shit crazy.
